The Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment
has helped millions of people worldwide gain insights into themselves and how they interact with others—and
improve how they communicate, learn, and work. As a powerful framework for building relationships, working towards
positive change, and harnessing innovation, the MBTI offerings makes Carl Jung's theory of psychological type both understandable
and highly practical by helping individuals identify their preference.
The materials can also provide
public participation practitioners with an opportunity to improve relations with communities through a better understanding
of self and others.
As a Certified MBTI® Practitioner, having completed the Step I & II Certification Program in 2016,
Tanya is able to provide consultation services and assistance to those interested in building their team capabilities through
use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and any of the other restricted MBTI® Step I and Step II materials.
Please get in touch if you'd like to
find out more, and to discuss how we can build the range of MBTI offerings into your training and capacity building activities.
